To make it straightforward and clear the update has been rolled out for the two devices including Huawei Mate 10 Lite and the Huawei P10 Lite. The update brings the fresh EMUI 8.0 to these smartphones. In case you don’t know EMUI is a custom user interface developed by Huawei. It is arriving with build number WAS-LX1A 8.0.0.362 (C432) for the P10 Lite whereas build number RNE-L01 8.0.0.330 for the Mate 10 Lite. The update for a general user weighs enormous at 2.5GB’s whereas for the users who are on beta already it weighs just at 500MB’s.
The update provides new AI features which further results in faster boot times and smooth functioning. Refined security with an additional Security Space application. EMUI 8.0 brings a revamped setting menu and now the gallery app has a recycle bin feature which stores your deleted images for certain days. One great feature is that now the devices can be connected to two Bluetooth devices at the same time.
