Chrome For Android Updated Now Supports Intel x86 Devices

Google released update for Chrome For Android version 18.0.1026311 and you can download it from Play Store. If you are planning to own Intel x86 based device than this update is for you as Google update support of Chrome for Android to Intel based x86 Device.

Currently recently Announced Motorola RAZR i is coming on Intel based processor. So folks who wants to own it have support of Chromem for Android. There are several other devices also which runs on Intel processors – ZTE Orange San Diego, and ZTE Grand X IN. Team fixed some other bugs, such as YouTube controls working in fullscreen, as well as YouTube videos being able to play after a screen lock.

Changelog:

  • Location preference now integrated to system level Google apps location setting.
  • Youtube videos controls now work in full screen mode; videos continue playing after a screen lock/unlock.
  • Fixes to make third-party IMEs work better with Chrome.
