Samsung is best known for releasing uncountable number of versions of it’s devices. And Chine has got a Dual SIM version of the Galaxy S5. And the company has done it without a press release quite silently.
The Dual SIM version of the Galaxy S5 has the version number G9009D and the device would be available on China Telecom only as off now. The dual SIM device would cost you CNY5,299 that are approximately $850. The device would also launch alongside the international version on April 11. It has the support for CDMA2000 on one of its SIM and the other has just GSM, but unfortunately no LTE.
The device is exactly same as the international version, it is just that it has a little 1.5g of extra weight. The battery put inside is also the same, so the dual SIM would have a slightly lower battery backup than the international version because of that extra SIM put in. There is no information, whether the device would be available outside Chine or not.
