AT&T LG V20 already packs dual camera, dual display and many other features. If we talk about its software then also it already has many features such as Capture+, Direct TV app, Qslide, Wi-Fi calling and much more. Today, the device got a new update in the US weighing 1.01 GB. It’s Huge!
What’s new in the Update:
- Wi-Fi Calling improvements
- HDVoice enhancements
- Android device security enhancements
We personally feel that an update of 1.01GB should have a lot more bullets. AT&T has packed Android security improvements for August 2017. It’s quite a big delay for August security patch updates, as both September and October patches have been out for some time now.
Wi-Fi Calling improvements, HDVoice enhancements:
The update enhances the functionality of AT&T’s HDVoice, which includes improving call quality using wide-band audio Technology and noise cancellation. LG’s wi-fi calling facility (which allows us to use Wi-Fi connection to talk and text when cellular coverage is limited or unavailable), also gets better with this update.
The update is available over-the-air, but some devices may get the update after a little while. You can check the update by going to Settings> About Device> System Update. We suggest you to charge your device and connect to a proper wi-fi connection before starting the update process.
How many of you have already received the update?
