Motorola’s foldable smartphone – Motorola RAZR 5G is receiving an Android 11 update on the AT&T network in the US. It was launched in September 2020 with Android 10 onboard. However, the build also carries the latest security patch along with some other fixes and performance enhancements.
However, we have noticed some differences in the build numbers. The build number on the Android 11 update is RPS31.Q1-40-34-15-10 meanwhile the build number on the AT&T website is QPSS30.205-Q3-43-16-7-16. Chances are that this update is just for some devices and will be available to every device after a bug verification. Unlocked Motorola RAZR 5G has already received the Android 11 update in many regions other than the US.
We do not have the changelog as the update has not rolled on each device. But, you can manually check your device by navigating to System > Advanced > System Updates. The changelog will be duly present if you receive the update. Otherwise, you have to wait for the Android 11 update for some more time.
Motorola RAZR 5G
As mentioned earlier, Motorola launched the device with Android 10. Motorola Razr 5G offers a foldable design and several other exciting specifications. Motorola is the first brand to bring foldable screens for the commercial market in the clamshell design. It features two screens, one on the inside and the other on the outside. Overall, it is an interesting smartphone considering its form factor and other specifications, but there are some downsides too. The device has a smaller battery due to its clamshell design and the presence of Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G instead of the Snapdragon 800 series SoC. The device is for foldable screen enthusiasts.
