Asus is not much active in providing Software and Security Patch updates in comparison with all other smartphone companies. Asus Zenfone Max Shot is finally receiving June 2020 Security Patch update starting from today. The update is currently rolling out in Brazil as 16.14.2006.305 Firmware version (build number). As the update is already live in Brazil, it shouldn’t take much time to release in all other markets.

According to the official changelog, the device features June month security patch and fixes for user-reported bugs that were posted on Asus community forums. The update will also improve the overall stability and performance of the smartphone.
