Asus is rolling out new update to the Zenfone 4 Selfie (ZD552KL) with new features and specs. Recently, just few hours back, Asus rolled a new update for Asus Zenfone 3 Max (ZC553KL) with VoLTE support and other fixes. Similarly, Asus Zenfone 4 is receiving the update to firmware version 11.40.208.63. Asus Zenfone 4 Selfie is a new device with a big emphasis on the selfie camera.
Today, in order to tackle all the issues and bugs that users were reporting, Asus has rolled out the new update. Asus is trying pretty hard to make the new devices glitch free by providing timely updates.
Talking about the update, Asus has started to rollout the firmware version 11.40.208.63 with many new changes to the Asus Zenfone 4 Selfie. The new update also addresses the camera quality issue, a lot of users were complaining regarding this issue. So, Asus has tried to rectify the issue with the software update.
Further, in order to decrease the heat that the device generates, company has optimised the system apps. Further, they have added a new notification which will let you know when the device overheats.
It is a good step by Asus to bring the latest updates to their devices, as it establish a trustworthiness among users.
In order to manually check for the update, you guys can head over to the About menu of your device, then tap to check for the updates. If still you didn’t get the update, don’t panic as it takes some time for the global rollout. We suggest you to charge up your device up to 70% and switch to the WIfi networks to save additional costs.
