Yea that is true, David Chang, Chief Financial Officer at ASUS told to Reuters that their chairman has talked about it internally. Right now, there’s nothing official and there’s no constructive talks about actualy takeover.
David Chang, said that Asustek is a company that depends on organic growth and takeover will take place by keeping it in mind.

So, there’s a great chance for another big takeover after Motorola by Google and then by Lenovo.
