Asus recently rolled out a new Android 9.0 Pie-based update on ROG Phone 2 features several performance improvements. However, the users are still waiting for the Android 10 based update on the Asus’s latest gaming smartphone – Asus ROG Phone 2. Folks over at the Piunika Web came across a WiFi certification listing of ROG Phone 2 running the Android 10.

It depicts that the Android 10 rollout for ROG Phone 2 is imminent. The recent appearance brings a sigh of relief for the Asus ROG Phone 2 users, who are waiting for it from the past few months. Asus has already tested the latest update via beta builds for the past couple of months.
The certification date on the WiFi Alliance certification of Asus_l001D along with other details verifies the Android 10 presence. However, there’s no official confirmation from the Asusregarding stable Android 10 update.
Asus ROG Phone 2 features a Snapdragon 855+ chipset featuring an octa-core processor and Adreno 640 GPU. It is available with a 6.59-inch AMOLED display featuring 1080 x 2340 pixels resolution and Corning Gorilla Glass 6. In optics, there’s a dual-camera module consisting of a 48-megapixel primary camera, and a 13-megapixel ultrawide camera. On the front, there’s a 24-megapixel selfie camera.
