If you are using Nokia 5.1 then trust me it’s a lucky day for you. HMD Global had earlier came up with a list which contained the Nokia devices that were all set to get Android 9 Pie update. Today, HMD has updated the list and added Nokia 5.1 to it.
To surprise, this means now even Nokia 5.1 will receive the latest Android 9 Pie update. It also said that the update has started to roll out for the device.
The new update will not only give the device a new UI but also features Digital Wellbeing, adaptive brightness and battery features. That means a longer battery life and enhanced features.
Nokia 5.1 was released in 2018 during the month of August. The device has a 5.5 inch HD display, an Helio P18 chipset. The device carries a battery of 2,970 mAh. It is available in a couple of different variants one is 2GB RAM and 16GB internal memory, and the other is 3GB RAM and 32GB internal memory. Though users can also use a microSD card to increase its memory. Further, it has an 8MP front camera and 16MP rear camera.
