Amazon Fire TV Stick has finally made it available in India. Now users in India can convert their tele TV into the Smart TV. The users can buy it from Amazon India for INR 3,999 for both prime and non-prime users.
Amazon is offering some discounts and cashbacks if you order Amazon Fire TV. Those who are already subscribed to Prime will get INR 499 as cashback to their Amazon Pay balance and non-Prime customers will get a 1-year subscription to the Prime video service.
Along with the prime video service from Amazon, users can also access content from rivals including Netflix, Hotstar, Voot, Eros, Airtel Movies and even YouTube.
It is like Google Chromecast, it can be plugged into any High-definition television set and used to stream video and audio content, apps and games on television. The Alexa remote can be used to control Smart Home devices too, such as lights and heating systems, and users can take advantage of many other things.
Even Airtel has tied up with Amazon and is giving 100 GB free data to its broadband users who have bought the Amazon Fire TV.
