Adobe Reader For Android Update Adds ‘freemium’ Feel

Adobe has rolled out new version of the famous, Adobe Reader for Android. In version 11.1.0 Adobe has added several new features to provide ‘freemium’ Feel to the App.

The best and the most needed feature of converting files from Word and Excel to PDF and Vice Versa is now available. Before changing formats you need to buy Adobe PDF Pack and Adobe ExportPDF services from within Adobe Reader and then after you will be able to Convert documents and images to PDF.

Further changes that we have seen in the Android Reader 11.0.1 version are:

  • Online help to learn more about Adobe Reader
  • New, modern File Browser UI experience
  • Multi Window support
  • Improved performance for x86 devices
