Well for Android devices, size doesn’t matters, but the unveiling of a mammoth 24-inch PC does changes the mindset of Android gizmos. Dubbed as Acer DA241HL, this AIO will be available beginning mid-October in select countries around the globe. For onetime, Tablets were a kind of a niche in the android platform, but it seems Acer is giving up a mild boost to android sector, with it’s new Android powered : PC.
According to a press release from Acer, its powered by NVIDIA’s Tegra 3 quad-core processor and runs on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean.  Its 24 inch touch panel supports full HD resolution ans also there’s also a HDMI out and USB ports. We just know about this, with other specifications remained unclear.
“With the DA214HL, Acer introduces the first Full HD touch 24-inch AiO based on Android Jelly Bean 4.2 and featuring NVIDIA Tegra quad-core performance. Users can now find on their home PC the same familiar interface used on other Android devices, such as smartphones and tablets that are increasingly popular for media consumption, web browsing or social media interactions,” Acer noted in the press release.
They also noted that almost all apps can be downloaded via Google Play store.
Acer DA241HL will be available for price of  €429 and compete with HP Slate 21, which comes with a slightly smaller display but more powerful Tegra 4 processor.
