Qualcomm Launches Snapdragon 660 Soc back in 2017. It is a mid-range segment processor which packs with 8 Kryo 260 cores (custom design, 64-Bit capable) that are divided into two clusters. The Snapdragon 660 Soc is also packed with a new Adreno 512 GPU, Snapdragon X12 LTE modem with download speeds of 600Mbps and 3x carrier aggregation. Qualcomm is touting a 20% increase in performance when compared to the Snapdragon 653 from the new Kryo 260 cores and a 30% uptick for the GPU. The phone pairs with 6 GB / 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB internal storage which can be expandable up to 512 GB via microSD card.
Samsung Galaxy A9 (2018) packs a 24-megapixel (f/1.7) + 10-megapixel (f/2.4) + 8-megapixel (f/2.4) + 5-megapixel (f/2.0) primary camera on the rear and a 24-megapixel front shooter for selfies. Vivo X21 and Vivo X21 UD
Both the devices Vivo X21 and X21 UD share similar specifications except for the under display fingerprint sensor which is only present in X21 UD. These two new devices are powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 660 processor coupled with a 6 GB of RAM. The regular X21 will be available in 64 GB as well as 128 GB storage variants. Whereas the X21 UD will be available only in 128 GB variant. Both Phones supports microSD which further expands the storage capacity to 256 GB.
Both Cico X21 and X21 UD features a 6.28 inches FHD+ (2280 x 1080 pixels) AMOLED display with an aspect ratio of 19:9. The notch houses dual 12MP cameras and IR light for the face unlock as well as normal selfies and video calls. There’s also dual camera setup on the back which consists of 12MP and 5MP sensors. The Vivo X21 will retail for 2899 Yuan and 3198 Yuan for the 64GB and 128GB variants respectively. On the other hand, the X21 UD will available at a little higher price of 3598 Yuan. In India Vivo X21 UD is available and its pricing starts from ₹35,990.
Xiaomi Mi A2
The Xiaomi Mi A2 is nothing but the Android One certified global variant of the Mi 6X launched in China in April. The Xiaomi Mi A2 features a 5.99-inch full-HD+ display with an 18:9 aspect ratio. It powers with Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 SoC and paired with 4GB of RAM. It packs with a dual rear camera setup that includes a 12MP primary sensor and a 20 MP secondary sensor – both featuring an f/1.75 aperture, along with an LED flash module. On the front, it could have a 20 MP sensor with artificial intelligence (AI) backed features, including an AI Portrait mode.
Xiaomi Mi A2 may also have 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS/ A-GPS, USB Type-C, and a 3.5mm headphone jack on the connectivity front and a 3010mAh battery. It is likely to be launched in Spain on 24th July 2018.
Oppo R11 and Oppo R11 Plus
Both Oppo R11 and R11 Plus packs with Snapdragon 660 processor with Adreno 512 GPU. They are packed with 20MP+16MP HD rear camera and 20MP front camera. Both the phones are also packed with the Front fingerprint sensor,3.5mm headphone jack, 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 ac, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS + GLONASS. Both the devices runs on Android 7.1.1 Nougat with ColorOS 3.1 out of the box.
There only a few differences in Oppo R11 and Oppo R11 Plus. Which includes the display size i.e. Oppo R11 features 5.5-inch display and Oppo R11 Plus features 6-inch Display. Moreover, Oppo R11 PLus packs with 6 GB of RAM whereas Oppo R11 only packs with 4 GB of RAM. In the Battery Section, Oppo R11 packs with 2900 mAh battery and Oppo R11 PLus packs with 4000 mAH battery.
Xiaomi Mi Note 3
The was launched back in 2017 and features a 5.5 inches IPS LCD display. It powers with Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 chipset and pairs with 6GB of RAM and 64 GB/ 128 GB of internal storage. It packs with Dual 12 MP primary camera and 16 MP of front camera for selfies and video calls/ chats.

Blackberry KEY2 comes powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 Octa-Core processor coupled with 6 GB of RAM and for gaming, it uses an Adreno 512 GPU. The brand makes this device available in two variants: 64 GB and 128 GB. Luckily both the versions support expandable storage up to 2 TB.
