Finally, Motorola has started rollout the Android 8.1 Oreo to the Moto G5S Plus. The new update packs some new features and enhancements. As per the schedule, the update is now live for the Moto G5S Plus users. Well, if the update is late then late is better than never.
The Moto G5S Android 8.1 Oreo update packs all the punches of official changelist. Further, there are some additional changes like multitasking features, more efficient notification controls, improved data saver and battery features. Also, Motorola has incorporated new menu UI and Bluetooth improvements.
Further, it also packs June security patch which will fix all the security loops until the month of May. The security patch is important because Google has not shooted the update but Motorola is providing it before it’s official release.
The update is now on the rollout and you should charge your device up to atleast 50%. Also, stay connected to the WiFi network to save some additional costs. The update size is quite big and we also suggest you to free up some space in your device.
