2018, The Huawei launched its new budget smartphone that is Huawei Honor 9 Lite on the market. The phone comes with the Midnight Black, Sapphire Blue, Glacier Gray, Navy, Seagull Gray, Magic Nightfall, and Pearl White colours variants. It has a price tag of 139EUR (roughly Rs. 10,999).

Display and Design

The Huawei Honor 9 Lite comes with the 5.65 inches, 82.0 cm²IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen display. It has a display resolution of 1080 x 2160 pixels with the pixel density of 428 ppi. The phone has a dimension of 151 x 71.9 x 7.6 mm (5.94 x 2.83 x 0.30 in) with the weight of 149 g (5.26 oz). The smartphone is a Hybrid Dual SIM device which accepts a Nano SIM. The phone design with Front/back glass with aluminium frame body.

Software and Hardware

The smartphone runs on the EMUI 8.0 user interface based on the Android 8.0 (Oreo) operating system. The phone is powered by HiSilicon Kirin 659 chipset and Octa-core (4×2.36 GHz Cortex-A53 & 4×1.7 GHz Cortex-A53) processor. It has a spot of Mali-T830 MP2 GPU. The phone has two variants are:
