Huawei is gearing up to launch their next mid-range phone in their home country China. The upcoming phone is none other than Nova 2S, the successor to the Nova 2 which was launched earlier this year. The new device will be announced on December 7.
Based on the press invite image below, the Nova 2S will feature 4 cameras. The phone was even leaked in live images along with the specs recently.
Huawei Nova 2S Leaked Specifications
The Huawei Nova 2S will sport a 6 inch FHD+ display with an aspect ratio of 18:9 like any other new smartphone in recent months. Under the hood, it will be powered by Huawei’s HiSilicon Kirin 960 processor which will be coupled with 6GB of RAM. To recall, the Kirin 960 is a year old flagship processor which powers last year’s Mate 9 duo and this year’s P10 duo.
The highlight of this mid ranger other than display will be its four cameras. It will come with dual camera setup at both front and back. The rear setup will consist of a 20MP and a 16MP sensors, whereas the front will feature dual 20MP shooters. And for software, it will run on EMUI 8.0 based on Android 8.0 Oreo.
Now, all that left to know is the cost of this smartphone for which we will have to wait until December 7.
