After the official launch of the Galaxy Note 8 on August 23, now the commercial release is taking place today across the globe. As many as 42 countries will receive stocks of the new dual camera flagship from Samsung. The next phase of the rollout will begin after this first rollout in the coming weeks.
Notable countries in today’s rollout include the United States, Canada, Singapore, South Korea and major markets in Europe. While in India the new phablet will go on shelves on September 21, China will also receive the new flagship shortly.
Samsung will sell only the 64 GB model in most markets. But the phone also has a 256 GB model available. In the US, the phone is priced $950 and the price will vary according to markets. However, Samsung is also offering freebies to make the deal appealing. Pre-order customers would receive wireless chargers, Samsung DeX docks and other things depending upon the offer for different countries.
The Galaxy Note 8 is the first ever Samsung flagship with dual rear cameras and possesses strong hardware and great software. It has 6.3-inch Super AMOLED Display, Snapdragon 835 with 6 GB of RAM. It has IP68 water and dust resistance, an iris scanner, and a 3,300 mAh battery.
