There’s a dearth of VPN apps on the Play Store but that doesn’t mean there is no place for any more services. Kaspersky, famous for antivirus software is now launching a free app for just the VPN apps. The app called Kaspersky Secure Connection comes with limited but a good amount of data on the go. But don’t expect it to satisfy your luxuries.
The app is in beta and does pretty much what every other VPN app out there promises. You are directed to a secure server to the Internet and this way you can remain anonymous. Of course, the VPN service itself knows everything you are doing, so if you trust Kaspersky then go ahead with it.
The app notifies users to turn VPN on when they log on to a public WiFi.
The install itself is free but there are in-app purchases starting from $6.49 to $38.99. Like we said, users, get to play with 200 MB free data from the start. Above that, they’ll have to pay to do their bidding.
