Micromax launched its new budget smartphone that is Micromax Canvas 1. The phone is available in Matte Black, and Chrome Black colour variants. It has a price of Rs. 7,000.
The Micromax Canvas 1 comes with the 5.0 inches IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen display. It has a display resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels with a pixel density of 294 ppi. It measures at 143 x 71 x 8.3 mm (5.63 x 2.80 x 0.33 in) with a weight of 150 g (5.29 oz). The phone runs on the Android 7.0 (Nougat) operating system. It is powered by MediaTek MT 6737 chipset and Quad-core 1.3 GHz Cortex-A53 processor. It has a spot of Mali-T720 GPU. The phone has 2GB of RAM. It packs a 16 GB of internal storage that can be expandable up to 64 GB via MicroSD card.
As in camera section, the Micromax Canvas 1 packs a 8 MP rear camera and 5 MP with LED Flash front camera for selfies and video calls. The rear camera is capable of 1080p video recording. It includes geo-tagging, touch focus, panorama, autofocus, dual-LED (dual tone) flash. The phone is consists of Li-Ion 2500 mAh capacity battery.
