Rumors regarding launch dates often turn out to be false and the launch dates are often pushed back and something very similar has happened with the rumored expected launch date of the Xiaomi Mi Note 2 Pro. The device was rumored to be launching on 14 September and we’re yet to see any sign of the device. However, today we have other information that will be of interest to you.
If the above screenshot, which surfaced on Weibo is to be believed the Redmi Note 2 Pro is all set to turn the tables. The device will reportedly come with a whooping 8 GB RAM and equally astonishing 256 GB on-board storage. To top it off, it will run on the latest version of Android, i.e. Android 7.0 Nougat. Also, the chipset is clocked at 2.2 GHz which suggests to the rumor that it could also come equipped with the Snapdragon 821 chipset. The device could be launched on 27th September, along with the Mi 5S.
