Finally Samsung Galaxy S5 starts getting OTA update which brings Android marshmallow. Earlier in last week T-mobile gives the marshmallow update to its Galaxy S5 users. Moreover, Sprint users already get marshmallow in the month of April.
The OTA update comes with the software version “MMB29M.G900VVRU2DPD1“. It includes app permissions, Doze mode, Google Now on Tap, and more of the Marshmallow goodies along with Wi-Fi Calling through which You can make and receive calls over a Wi-Fi network if cellular service isn’t available, helping conserve your data. It also includes Ultra High Quality Audio (Hi-Fi Audio).

Although the Update is rolling out over the air (OTA) still you might have to wait for couple of days. But if you don’t get it yet, then first check it manually for OTA by going through phone’s setting >> About device>>software updates.
