As we all know, Android 5.0+ Lollipop version’s Power Menu consists only one option of Power Off. In order to customize it with some new elements and customization techniques via a new app known as Material Power Menu.
In this app you will get a screenshot button, a reboot menu, and other goodies. This one is based on a concept idea by Igor da Silva and contains a much more attractive looking Power Menu. It’s a pretty great addition that we wish was part of Lollipop’s stock code. Unfortunately, you’ll need root to get the most out of the app. On a stock and unrooted phone, it’s just a stand-alone app that functions as a sort of floating widget – AOSP won’t let you re-map the power button or activate a device reboot.
Material Power Menu Includes buttons of:
- Reboot
- Shut Down
- Soft Reboot
- Reboot to Recovery
- Reboot Bootloader
- Reboot in Safe Mode
App is compatible for devices running Android 5.0 and also it can be installed on Android 4.0 or higher.
