After being talked about for a couple of months, Samsung is finally releasing its first ever metal clad smartphone, the Galaxy Alpha. The Korean smartphone manufacturing giants have scheduled an event on August 13th  and thats when we expect them to shed some more light on the much awaited smartphone.
But it looks like we have some more important information to feast on about the Galaxy Alpha ahead of its release. The device has been spotted at FCC, like most smartphones do prior to their release.
A Galaxy Alpha sporting the model number SM-850F has been spotted at FCC, receiving the necessary certifications. This is not something sensational but it has now confirmed that the Galaxy Alpha will soon be in the market for you to get your hands on.
This is Samsung’s first try at manufacturing smartphones cast in metal and the Galaxy Alpha is also reportedly Samsung’s preparation for the upcoming Apple iPhone 6. Will Samsung get this one? We’ll find out soon. Till then stay connected.
