Amid all the fuss about the latest version of Android, the Android L Sony’s Z1 compact has just received the Android 4.4.4 Kitkat update. The new Android 4.4.4, which Google released last week comes with a patch for the OpenSSL bug. Apart from that, there is nothing more.
The update which is now available for all the Sony Z1 compact users, does not carry much too. However, it does promie to carry the essential bugfixes and improves the performance.
The update for Z1 compact is numbered 14.4.A.0.108 and the same update has been reportedly certified for Xperia Z1 and Xperia Z Ultra too. So if you own any of the above mentioned devices, expect the Android 4.4.4 update on your device soon.
