Finally HTC is Showing its cards for Kitkat update on various devices like HTC One and Droid DNA. As according to the official HTC US Tweet both of the devices will get update in the Q1 2013. Specifically HTC One will get Android 4.4 Kitkat in January 2013 while Droid DNA to taste it Before Q1 2013.
Luckily, HTC One Play Edition will get update soon as HTC has delivered source code to the Google for the update Rollout. While Verizon HTC One will get Android 4.3 next month after a maintenance update scheduled for this month. HTC has cleared that Kitkat January up[date is not going to be impacted by Android 4.3 update in December.
Here’s what HTC One tweets about the HTC One Kitkat Update. “HTC One VZW customers: delay with 4.3 update does not impact delivery of 4.4 by end of January – still on track.”
So we have to wait now for Official rollout of the Android 4.4 Kitkat on HTC One.
