Samsung Galaxy Note III is now here with some leaks and rumors. As we already ready for Moto X but what about the upcoming Galaxy Note III which is rumored for release in next couple of months. Well, today we have received another leak of Benchmark results. It gives us some new details about the device’s internals.
Well, according to Gfxbench site – they have tested two models of the Galaxy Note III. The first version carries a model number SM-N900S and is supposedly coming to South Korea’s SK Telecom. The second one, SM-N900L, is headed for LG U+, another South Korean carrier.
As shown in the pictures above – both the version the Samsung Galaxy Note III will come with the Snapdragon 800 Chipset clocked at 2.3Ghz along with  the Full HD display aka 1080p and its running on Android 4.3.
If we conclude these mentioned specs with the already rumored ones then it would have 3GB of RAM, Exynos 5420 Chipset and it will be available in three different sizes. The device is expected to be released at IFA 2013 on September 4.
