Currently Google Glass is only available to early adopters or in other words to those who have pre ordered it at Google IO 2012 developer conference. Before a year ahead of general public release as stated by Eric Schmidt, Google Chairman, Googlers over there are readying ordinary people to how to use it, see a very quick, video shows basic run through of how you operate it, and a look at the Google Now style card UI.
