Display
According to the trusted rumor sources it is considered that the New Samsung Galaxy S4 will have full-HD 4.99-inches Display with 1920X1080 resolution. Its seems that the Display will also have pixel density of 441 PPI which is 115 PPI more than Apple iPhone 5. We can trust this specification of the device as we have already seen some Full-HD smartphones this year and last in year like HTC Droid DNA aka HTC Butterfly and Xperia Z. Samsung Galaxy S4 will be 0.2-inches bigger than its predecessor, Galaxy S3.
Camera
It will be bolted with a 13.1 MP primary camera along with a 2.1 MP camera on front. Its primary camera can catch HDR images and can record 1080p videos. If we compare it with its predecessor, Galaxy S3’s camera which is of 8 MP, can take images of maximum 3264X2448 resoltuion. Recently announced and launching soon device, Sony Xperia Z consists a 13 MP camera which is capable of capturing HDR images with 4126X3096 resolution.
Hardware
All the guys over the world is waiting for recently announced Exynos 5 Octa Processor. Its presence was rumored on Galaxy S4 but last week some new reports claimed that it will be powered by Exynos 5450 Processor. Its will be fueled by 2 GB of RAM.
As far as Graphic processor is concerned, it was considered that the Galaxy S4 will have a Mali- T658 processor but since it could not be finished in due time, it will now have either a Mali-T604 or a  PowerVR Chip.
Operating System
It will come pre-equipped with Android managing program 4.2.1. As we know Samsung will bring new Touchwiz also along with device. So let’s see what Samsung will add new to it.
Build
Again we can assume that Samsung Galaxy S4 will be nearly just like Z’s specifications (7.9mm thick). While Apple’s iPhone 5 is currently the thinnest smartphone (as Xperia Z is not launched yet) with 4.0-inches show and that is a specialized accomplishment.
Connectivity
As usual there will be a 3.5mm sound slot on top, microUSB port along with WiFi, Hotspot, Blluetooth 4.0, NFC, GPS and LTE support also.
Release Date
According to a report published couple of weeks ago suggests that it will be unveiled on March 15 at Galaxy Unpacked Event. Means the Galaxy S4 is anticipated to go on sale in April 2013.
