Hey that’s true that Android 4.1 is ported to Nokia N9. A developer on twitter uploaded the above photo which shows Android 4.1 Jelly Bean running on Nokia N9. We can’t tell if this is for real or if it is a fake, but if it is real, this is most definitely good news for N9 users who might be looking to give their device a new lease on life.
However, this kind of software hacks are not necessarily meant to be fully functional, rather to serve as a proof of how skilled a developer is. Hopefully, the JB port will be one of the many we will see in the near future. A company may abandon its phone, but the community won’t give it up that easy.
