In late November 2021, Xiaomi launched the Redmi Note 11T 5G smartphone in India. It is a rebranded version of the standard Redmi Note 11 available in China. The MediaTek Dimensity 810 chipset powered the device. It was running on MIUI 12.5 based on Android 11 out of the box. Xiaomi has finally rolled out the stable MIUI 13 based on Android 12 for the smartphone. The update is live in India and is rolling out as an Over the Air (OTA) update.
It weighs over 4.4GB, and it indicates that a significant change can be expected after updating the smartphone. The update comes with the build number V13.0.1.0.SGBINXM and will be reaching out to all units soon. It integrates the July 2022 security patch to the smartphone. Xiaomi has also upgraded the stability and security of the smartphone. The brand improves the accessibility support of phones, clocks and other essential apps.
