OnePlus 9 series is officially eligible to grab the Android 12 Beta as per Google I/O 2021 announcement. But the company eventually pulled backed the public beta due to some glitches. On the other hand, the cheapest model from the flagship, the OnePlus 9R is receiving an upgrade with Android 11 based OxygenOS 11.2.1.2.

The last software arrived with OxygenOS 11.2.1.1 for the OnePlus 9R. With the bump in OxygenOS, the package drives the current security maintenance, May 2021. OnePlus brings a handful of bug fixes and improvements in the system performance to the device. Moreover, it resolves several issues with various apps including Notes, games, gallery, and camera.
