Samsung today today launched Samsung Cares app and it will provide support for Samsung Devices on the go. The app covers many types of Sammy products, the app even allows you to track your service status if your device or product is in the shop for a routine repair. Its an effort to show consumers that it is attentive to the various questions that are raised for its products.
