Redmi is gearing up to unveil the Redmi K30 tomorrow which will be the first phone with Snapdragon 765G and 64MP Sony IMX686 sensor. Though there will be two versions(5G and 4G) of the phone, the Pro variant with Snapdragon 865 is tipped to launch only in March 2020.

Xiaomi‘s sub-brand, Redmi has been teasing the Redmi K30 throughout this week revealing all the specifications of the phone. The brand even confirmed a 4G version which was earlier leaked with Snapdragon 730/G under the hood. However, the company never mentioned a Pro version of Redmi K30 in its week-long teasers. For context, the Redmi K20 and the Redmi K20 Pro were announced together earlier this year. So, it was obvious, the same will repeat with the K30 but that is not the case as the company did not tease it nor it was leaked.
Anyways, a new tip by one of the well-known teen leakers, Sudhanshu Ambhore, suggests the Redmi K30 Pro launch will take place in March 2020. Further, he also added the phone will come equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 flagship SoC paired with Snapdragon X55 5G modem. Interestingly, this piece of information coincides with the one posted on Weibo by Digital chat station, another popular leakster. Thus, we can certainly say the Redmi K30 Pro will be announced sometime in March of 2020.
